Liberty Communications is aware of the financial burdens many of our customers are experiencing in these difficult times. If you are facing financial hardship, we want to help.
We have created a pay-what-you-can option in order to prevent an unwanted discontinuation of your current service. As making ends meet may be harder than usual, we are making it possible to delay the full payment of your monthly statement and instead pay a minimum of $20 per month until the current crisis has subsided, whereupon we will create a payment plan for you to be caught up on your bill.
We recommend paying as much as you can of your service bill so as not to fall too far behind, however we are glad to extend a hand in this way should it be useful.
Easy ways to pay:
If you would like to take advantage of the pay-what-you-can offer, please call us at (319) 627-2145 and let one of our CSRs know you are using “COVID support” to pay your bill.
If you are currently able to pay your bill in full, you can do this by dropping of your payment to one of our drop boxes, paying over the phone at (844) 252-5274, or paying online.
