Director of Revenue
The Director of Revenue will serve as a critical leadership role within the Liberty Communications organization. Within any “growth” company it’s important to set standards and scalable processes that can assist with the efficiencies of the organization and support the ongoing growth. This position aims to do just that.
This role will provide the overall leadership and direction of the Sales and Customer service teams to maintain consistent practices regardless of the individual or market being served. By tapping into the knowledge and experience of people across the organization, vendors, partners, and colleagues you will put together clear concise plans for moving the organization forward while maintaining a level of accountability for the results of individuals and teams involved.

GENERAL DUTIES:
- General leadership of Sales and Customer service teams across all markets.
- Promote process improvement and create consistency amongst teams.
- Drive Residential and Commercial Sales by ensuring proper training is in place, utilize community events and sponsorships, focused sales into expansion areas, and keeping abreast of competitive impacts in all markets.
- Work closely with Marketing to effectively promote and market products and services to potential customers.
- Partner with Finance to model and identify revenue opportunities and ensure great growth decisions are made at all times.
- Be a subject matter expert on billing system and identify efficiencies and consistencies across the organization to maximize the use of the software and train others on the proper use.
- Promote a culture of development, growth, and support amongst all employees of the organization.
- Constant attention to improving the overall customer experience with every interaction a customer has with the customer service teams.
- Help ensure clear communication of project deadlines and timing to help drive new revenue within those build and expansion areas.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized individual.
- Remain open and take an active approach to learning new skills through trainings, conferences, coaching or industry resources.
- Assist other departments where necessary to create a cohesive and collaborative environment.
