Update Regarding Email Delivery Issues to Google/Google Hosted Accounts.
Several Liberty Communications email subscribers have reached out over the last two weeks to report issues with sending Lcom.net emails to Gmail as well as Google hosted email accounts. We regret to report that, despite our best efforts to resolve the issue, Google continues to block emails from some of our customers. We understand the timing of this problem is particularly unfortunate given the increased need for communications and we are working hard to fix it.
Liberty Communications assures you we have followed all Google guidelines for remedying this situation. We repeat our service requests to Google multiple times daily. Unfortunately, Google does not assign humans to these situations. There is no one to reach in person. Repeated and ongoing requests are our only recourse.
We share your frustration and are grateful for the forbearance you’ve shown. And we appreciate those customers who forward scam emails to firstname.lastname@example.org. This allows us to block new scam destinations to protect us all. We believe these are the source of our current problem.
This is not the level of service we strive to provide to our customers and our communities. Again, please know we are doing our best to resolve the problem.
