Centerville sure knows how to shine—and our team was proud to lend a hand! Ahead of the town’s annual Pancake Day on September 19th, our crew spent the morning sprucing up the square as part of our community service morning in Centerville Iowa. We picked up trash, blew off sidewalks, weeded flower beds, and even helped replace the flooring in the Pancake Day trailer.

The PACT in Centerville was thrilled with the work, and honestly, so were we. There’s something special about rolling up your sleeves, doing some community service work in Centerville Iowa, and seeing the difference right away—especially when it’s for a community we’re proud to serve.

After the morning’s hard work, it was time for a little employee appreciation. We grabbed lunch and dessert from two awesome local businesses. Pizza and wings were provided by Pit Pony Pub & Eatery, and dessert by Tangleberries Cafe & Coffee, both powered by our internet! We then headed to beautiful Lake Rathbun for an afternoon of lakeside fun. Cold drinks, good company, and a view that can’t be beat—the perfect way to celebrate our team’s efforts. Community service days like this remind us what makes our company—and Centerville—such great places to be: local people, helping local people.
